Each account can complete this quest three times, for a total of three Mimzy items.
This quest was actually somehow available shortly before the announcement was made, but was slightly broken.

Steps Involved

1. Watch the movie trailer
2. Go to the Mimzy guild
3. Visit Rina for your reward

Rewards

Head over to the Announcements forum for the announcement by [GAIA] Mimzy about the new quest. At the bottom of the post is a link to start the quest. It'll take you to [GAIA] Mimzy's profile. On the page is an image with a play button for the trailer. Some text below the image informs you that you need to let it play if you're on the quest. Click the image to play the video and let it play through to the end. Once it's done, the text below will change to "Visit the Guild to Collect Your Mimzy!" Click the link to be taken to the guild.

Scroll down past the header image in the guild for the reward link. Clicking this link will take you to the Barton Flowershoppe.

Give the page a moment to load. Once it does, Rina will say something and the Finish Quest button will appear in her speech bubble.
